I was delighted with the lamp, which is of excellent quality, but the shade was found to be damaged when unwrapped. I contacted customer service and spoke to a lovely lady called Louise who sorted the issue out very promptly. I now have my replacement shade and I couldn’t be happier, it looks lovely in my living room and is exactly as pictured on the web site. I was over the moon when these fabulous ceramic Easter decorations were on sale I didn’t hesitate to buy. The ceramic decorations are in fact by Lene Bjerre hence the hefty price but with 50% off were definitely more affordable, for me. The decorations are so pretty. The only negative for me and of course it’s all personal I didn’t like the brown twine string on them. I changed over to pastel very thin spring colour ribbons and I think the change of ribbon definitely lifted the colours in the actual ceramic flowers. I’m so happy with my purchase.
